B2BEventPro acts as a data processor for your event logistics. We strictly ingest, unify, and audit data for the sole purpose of operational reconciliation. We do not sell, share, or market to your attendee lists. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR and EU data residency requirements.
Enterprise data is secured via Row-Level Security (RLS) and encrypted at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is actively moving towards SOC 2 Type II compliance to ensure enterprise-grade auditability.
During our Founding Cohort Beta phase, our Shadow Audits and software access are provided "as is." While we guarantee priority founder-level support and 99.9% uptime targets, B2BEventPro is not liable for third-party vendor outages (e.g., Cvent or Amex GBT API failures).
